Introspective Hypnosis/Forgiveness Healing

Introspective Hypnosis

Forgiveness Healing

Introspective Hypnosis was created over a decade ago by Aurelio Mejia.

Aurelio

It combines the following different techniques:

  • Ericksonian Hypnosis
  • FORGIVENESS Therapy
  • Role Change
  • Past Life Regression
  • Spirit Assistance also called Spirit Releasement

Many of us often have deeply repressed emotions, which can become stored in the subconscious mind. Often when left unrecognized, they manifest as actual physical symptoms: tension, headaches, phobias, low self esteem, mood swings, overeating, drug or alcohol abuse, etc.
Releasing those emotions can often alleviate symptoms, thereby healing the past and paving the way for a brighter future.

An Introspective Hypnosis session accesses the subconscious mind and locates the origin of psychosomatic symptoms that could have originated in a past event or past life.
Once we recognize and release/forgive the psychological or emotional conflict, the symptoms often disappear.

What is The Subconscious Mind?

According to Milton Erikson (historically considered the world's leading Hypnotherapist),
the Subconscious or Unconscious mind is always listening and it can be accessed via both light and deep trance to alleviate and remove all sort of symptoms.

How many sessions are needed?

Most people only require one session but if you desire additional exploration, a discount for follow-up sessions is offered.

Is the session recorded?

Yes, the hypnosis portion of Introspective Hypnosis is recorded and provided to you.  Listening to it a few times after the session is an important part of the process, as it will reinforce the experience and offer further understanding of the issues addressed.  The recording is never shared in any way with anyone unless your permission is given.

What if I cannot be hypnotized?

Many people are often concerned that they cannot be hypnotized but this is a common misconception.

Being in trance is actually a very natural occurrence.  Often while watching TV, engaging in creative tasks and even driving, we slip into light trance.  Day dreaming is another example of this.

So while there is no physical reason why someone can’t be put into a deep hypnotic state, there may be psychological reasons that an individual is resistant. Occasionally, people who believe that they can’t be hypnotized have an innate need for control and think that if they allow themselves to be hypnotized that they will be letting go of too much of themselves.  This is a further misconception because while in this state of relaxation, a subject actually has more control as they are accessing other parts of their mind and expanding their awareness.

It is specifically to deal with those very uncomfortable with letting go that we offer packages for repeated sessions. It can take time for some individuals to understand that they will never give up control of their mind or body.

What does it feel like to be hypnotized?

Hypnosis is often most like deep relaxation.
You will not be unconscious or asleep.
Yet each client experiences the process differently.
For some, it is more visual (seeing images and scenes), while for others it can be more auditory (hearing sounds, words, phrases) and/or kinesthetic (feeling sensations, emotions and intuition).
Luckily for most people it is a beautiful array of all of these things.
Note:  There is a small portion of the population that are actually somnambulists, meaning they easily fall into heavy trace and may not remember any or all of the experience.  These instances are rare and should they occur it is not at all worrisome, as the recorder will capture all the details for them to enjoy later.

Immediately after the session, most people feel that they remember everything, or almost everything.
Yet, upon review of the recording many report that although they thought they remembered it all, small fragments or sentences were forgotten.  These pieces can be important so review of the recording is highly desirable to reap the full benefits of the session.

Can a session be performed over the phone or Skype?

YES. Sessions over video chat are available but you must be located in a distraction free, comfortably lit environment with a reliable laptop or PC with a full functioning camera and headset.  The practitioner must be able to clearly see and hear you at all times.

Will you travel to perform sessions?

If you have a quiet, distraction free space, the practitioner will travel within the NYC Metro Area.  Travel to other states will be considered if there is a sincere need or group interest. Contact me  to discuss.
